An intricately spiced green tea for a better immune system!
Green Tea, Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Tulsi (Holy Basil), Giloy (Guduchi), Cinnamon, Ginger, Mint, Fennel, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Ashwagandha (Indian Ginseng).

Brewing Instructions: (Per Serving) Add 1 teaspoon (2g) of this tea into 150ml of freshly boiled water. Brew for 2-3 minutes, then strain the decoction into tea cups. Add sugar/honey, or lemon if desired. To make the tea stronger, increase the brewing time to 3-5 minutes.

Each serving of this tea can be reused by brewing again for 5-7 minutes.

For Iced Tea: Use less water (75-100ml) and strain the decoction over a tall glass filled with ice. Add sugar/honey or lemon if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves!
