ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  1. Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

  2. Yes, absolutely. Cash on delivery (COD) is available at a nominal additional charge – for specific pincodes, and up to a specified amount. Please select this option at checkout for more details.

  3. What payment methods are accepted?

  4. We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI (Paytm, Google Pay etc.), Net Banking, and most major Credit and Debit cards issued by Major banks in India and abroad (terms and conditions apply).

  5. I did not receive an order confirmation.

  6. If you haven't received the order confirmation in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you still don't find the email, do not hesitate to write to us at hello@vitalityclub.in

  7. This is my first purchase. What products should I try?

  8. We recommend checking our bestsellers, as well as our offers and combo bundles. It is a collection of some of our most popular products.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. How do I track my order?

  2. To track your order, please login and go to the ‘My Orders’ section in your account. If you face any issues please reach out to us on hello@vitalityclub.in

  3. How long does delivery take?

  4. Since our products are made with artisanal and seasonal ingredients, depending on your location, orders are typically delivered in 3-7 working days.

  5. I want to change my address/phone number?

  6. Please email us on hello@vitalityclub.in with your order number and updated address before your order is dispatched. We will do our best to help!

  7. Do you offer free shipping?

  8. We offer free shipping on orders above a specific amount. We keep updating this amount in order to provide our customers with the best deal available – and, as such, it is not possible for us to always mention this limit. Rest assured, however, that at the checkout pages, you will be provided with the updated information. Please keep in mind, however, that even when your order qualifies for free shipping, a nominal fee is charged for cash on delivery.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  1. How do I cancel or modify my order?

  2. Chat with us on WhatsApp, or on call, or drop us an email on hello@vitalityclub.in, mentioning your order number and we will be happy to help. Please note that requests for changes or cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order. We are available Monday – Friday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Excluding Public Holidays).

  3. I received a broken or damaged product.

  4. Occasionally, shipments may get damaged during courier handling. Please email us an image of the broken/damaged product along with your order number on hello@vitalityclub.in within 72 hours of delivery. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

  5. I received the wrong item.

  6. Please email us an image of the product received along with your order number on hello@vitalityclub.in. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

  7. Missing items.

  8. Did we miss an item in your order? Please email us on hello@vitalityclub.in along with your order number. We will be happy to resolve this for you.

  9. I want to claim a refund.

  10. We offer a 3 day refund window. Refunds (money back) are generally given only on products which are unopened/unused/untampered with – however, this is entirely at our discretion and we may require photographic evidence as well as proof of purchase.

  11. I want to exchange the product/s that I received.

  12. We offer a 3 day exchange window. Exchanges are generally given only on products which are damaged or defective on arrival, however, this is entirely at our discretion and we may require photographic evidence as well as proof of purchase.
